Join the Community Power Club to trade renewable energy directly with others – Bundeena Residents will get a 10% discount
The Community Power Club is an innovative electricity cooperative that allows members to purchase and sell energy within their community.
Check out our video for more information:
Members of the club can benefit from using solar energy generated by other members, without having to install solar panels themselves. Or you can pay off your battery faster by discharging it when electricity is needed in the grid.
The club leverages a unique platform provided by Localvolts that allows members to buy and sell electricity, while also enjoying the benefits of a discounted rate. The club is open to everyone, including renters, who are responsible for their electricity bill.
There are no entry or exit fees, and the annual membership fee is refundable pro rata if you decide to leave.
By joining the Community Power Club, you can reduce your carbon footprint, potentially save money on electricity bills, and support your local community.

Please note that The Power Club has an exclusive feature called Assisted Trading where Localvolts sets up automatic trades on your behalf. The board set the price of these trades at 5c for member to member trades and 8c for member to non-member. This is not a fixed price. You still pay the spot price if there isn’t a match
Buying Electricity on the LV market: https://youtu.be/9BrXEnWcKxE?si=VbzsWWA1hUwBI7Op
Some people use home assistant to buy and sell on LV platform or others use the Powston system which costs $500 to set up and then $20 per month. https://localvolts.com/bulletins/localvolts/optimise-buy-and-sell-behaviour-with-their-advanced-inverter-controller/
What is you have 2 or more properties you wish to register?
